Thanks to continued leadership support and prioritization for our evolving culture of wellbeing; in 2022, employees can look for new program options that focus on social connectedness. Continuing in January, there will also be a variety of popular wellbeing program options such as a household sustainability survey, wellbeing challenges, volunteer activities, self-paced mini courses, and more. All evidence of engagement will be scored as Mojo points. Participants will again be able to “cash in” up to 300 Mojo points for $300 toward qualified purchases that reduce environmental impact and/or boost wellbeing. Some examples of reimbursable items include, but are not limited to:
Fitness equipment (e.g. running shoes, bicycle, kayak)
Fitness center membership fee
Community-supported agriculture (CSA) share
Energy-star home appliances
Gardening supplies
Massage therapy or other alternative healing services
With input from the recent employee survey, the 2022 wellbeing program options are being fine-tuned by the wellbeing committee. Employees who wish to participate in the 2022 program will be asked tasked to earn at least 50 Mojo points via the online portal by January 31 to unlock the full benefit.
